From our long experience, from 18 to 88 years old, there is no specific age to want a lovedoll. If you wish to visit our showroom first and place your order afterwards, we will charge you 100 € for the visit, and we’ll deduce this amount when you will make your order. We do accept the following means of payment :

For an order of a full doll or a body only, we can propose you to pay 3000 € as a deposit, and the balance the next month. For an order of a head or accessories, we ask for a full payment at order.

You can make one bank transfer per day until full payment is done. We will acknowledge receipt of each payment, and we’ll confirm receipt of the full payment as well, once your last transfer is done received.

You will be able to make your payment as soon as we have sent you your invoice. There you will find the reference of your order. You can indicate this reference on your payment datas.

Warranty before shipment :

All our dolls are thoroughly inspected at each and every step of the manufacture and before shipment. If a manufacture defect is found, we inform you, and proceed to a new manufacture.

Warranty after shipment :

We offer an exchange of product for 30 days after shipment, in the case of a skeleton breakage due to a manufacture defect. This warranty does not include silicone tears, neither skeleton breakage caused by a bad handling, nor the functional fingers option. Whatever issue you may encounter, don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be there for you.

Before placing your order of a doll, you must consider several criteria. Indeed, all the dolls of the market are not manufactured the same way, nor with the same materials. And when the materials are comparable, their qualities in terms of strength, durability, or visual and tactile contact, are completely different. And all the dolls do not benefit from the same fineness of the bodily details, and from the same care brought to the finishes after demolding. With our dolls, you will have all these criteria :

High performance skeleton :

Our skeleton allows more postures to the dolls (more axes of movement and axes of rotation). It is also composed of better quality parts (aluminum, stainless steel, metal).

Soft Skin silicone :

We make our lovely dolls in a silicone of finest quality, both for the visual and the touch effect. Moreover, our Soft Skin silicone is patented for human skin contact.

The anatomical details of our dolls are simply stunning. You will see that the realistic aspect of our dolls is unique, for every part of the body (feet, hands, stomach, back, legs …), thanks to the work of highly qualified sculptors.

We remain at your disposal throughout the lifespan of your doll, thanks to our after-sales service located in France. Our team will help you for any advise or repair.

All the silicone dolls that you can find on the market do not have the same quality of internal materials such as the skeleton, nor the same visual, tactile, or sanitary safety properties for their silicone. We do our best to limit our manufacturing costs, but for our dolls, all materials are of very high quality, which means that we pay a higher price. With our dolls, you make the choice of high-end quality.

Contact us to make an individual appointment. During your visit, you will see and touch our dolls, and we will be entirely at your disposal for any questions and advice. Appointments last about 1 hour, and are charged 100€ per visit. This amount is of course deducted in case of subsequent order.

Making a single doll requires more than 1 full week of work, and usually our backorders generate a waiting time of about 8 weeks. Manufacture lead time of our dolls is variable. We can inform you of the waiting period, upon request.

It’s possible. By respecting the time we need to manufacture a doll from one end to an other, without neglecting any step, we can schedule a manufacture and delivery within 6 weeks, with an extra cost of 1000 €. In case the 6 week period is exceeded, this extra cost will be refunded, without canceling the manufacture of your doll. Then your doll will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

We make our dolls with a silicone of the highest quality, and patented for the contact with human skin.

Here is the overall process of our manufacture :

– Skeleton assembly,
– Injection of the foam around skeleton,
– Installation of the skeleton in the mold,
– Silicone casting,
– Unmoulding,
– Finishes.

Our team carries out thorough quality checks at each of these steps.

We dye our silicone when it is liquid state, before pouring into the mold. We make the different colors of the doll (such as the nipples, the intimate parts, the makeup…) with an airbrush, and the colors are permanently fixed with our special silicone glue.

The silicone we use in our manufacture is patented for the contact with human skin, it is an essential criteria for us, if not the most important. We have never had any reviews of allergies from our customers. Our Soft Skin silicone is safe, and does not cause any allergic reaction.

Shipment costs 150 € incl.VAT for all countries of the European Union (125 € Excl.VAT for Switzerland). For other countries, contact us by giving us your full address, and we will give you the precise price.

Once parcel is collected, delivery lead time is 24h for France, 48h to 72h for the other countries of the European Union, excluding weekends and holidays.

As soon as your order is ready, we contact you either by email or phone (according to your choice) to schedule delivery or withdrawal together, at the date of your convenience. Due to the nature of our products, we do not send any parcels without noticing you.

You have the choice between several delivery methods :

At your door :

By carrier, Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 6PM. We can not decide on a more precise time slot, but delivery is made at the date of your choice, which we will schedule together according to your availability, once your doll is ready. The carrier brings your parcel to your door, but a small help to the delivery person will always be welcome, especially if your home is difficult to access (floor without elevator, street that is inaccessible to the delivery vehicle).

At the nearest withdrawal station :

If you can not wait for the delivery at your home, we can deliver the parcel to the nearest station (generally less than 75km from your home address), and you will be able to withdraw the parcel at the date and hour of your convenience, upon presentation of an ID.

In these 2 cases, we will send you the tracking number of the package immediately after the carrier collects your doll from our factory. You can then easily track the package on the carrier’s website.

Withdrawal from our factory :

We’ll be happy to meet you and give you your doll at the factory, at the date and time of your convenience, by appointment.

The delivery person does not know what is inside the box. Only the mention “decoration mannequin” is specified on the delivery bill, and “Fragile” stickers are put on the package. These precautions ensure proper handling throughout shipment.

We give your phone number to the carrier, so that the delivery person can contact you in case you are not at home at the moment of delivery. You will be able to request either a second delivery (free of charge) or to collect the parcel at the closest station. If this situation occurs, you can contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes, the delivery company we use has pick-up points everywhere in Europe and worldwide. If you wish, we can ship the package to the closest pick-up station. You will be contacted by the delivery company upon arrival of the parcel at the station. You will be asked for an ID when picking up the package.

Sure, we’ll be glad to meet you at the factory for the withdrawal, as soon as your doll will be ready.

We can ship anywhere, if your country does not prohibit the importation of erotic products. You can contact your local customs office for this information.

All our shipment are covered by an insurance against theft, loss and damage, until the parcel reaches its final destination.

Take photos of the damaged parts of the parcel before opening, then contact us through e-mail within 24 hours upon receipt of your doll, with the photos attached, weekends and holidays included. Depending on the issue, we will offer an exchange or a repair.

Yes, we do propose VIP Delivery. This service offers you a delivery outside the usual time slots of the transport companies, and allows you, if your mobility is reduced, to be delivered in peace. In this case, you will be personally delivered by our team, at the date of your choice, sundays and holidays included. We offer to either deliver the package to your door and let you unwrap your doll in full intimacy, or to install and dress the doll at your home. The price depends on the distance between our workshop and the place of delivery. Count approx. 1€/km, but we will give you the exact price of this service on request, do not hesitate to contact us.

We advise you to keep the delivery box, if you want to store your doll in good conditions.

The dolls are delivered in a double reinforced cardboard that we advise you to keep for storage. The feet and hands are wrapped in a protective film, the body is slipped into a cotton storage case, and then wrapped inside a bubble plastic. The head has its own box. To date, we have not experienced any shipping issue with this packing method.

The doll (body + 1 or 2 faces + accessories) is delivered in a box of 155 cm x 60 cm x 30 cm, for a total weight that does not exceed 40 kg.

Yes. Our French workshop is at your service throughout the life of your doll. Our after sales service is one more advantage for our customers, in the purchase of their doll. Whether it’s repairing silicone rips anywhere in the body, or making repairs on skeleton, we can heal your doll. We can change entire parts of the skeleton by intervening as neatly as possible. Whatever the type of repair, we always make sure that the result is the least visible and the most aesthetic possible.

Contact us through email, and detail us your needs point by point. If necessary, we will ask you for photos. This will help us see how much time we will need, and give you the total price. After your confirmation, we will schedule repairs according to your convenience.

Prices depend on the type of repair, and may or may not include shipment from and back to your house. The quotation price is free, so do not hesitate to contact us.

It is up to you, after validation of your quotation price, you can either bring your doll yourself and upon appointment, or we can request shipment by carrier.

At first, whatever the repair we are going to do, we need you to thoroughly clean your doll, entirely, with soapy water, and let her dry completely before packing. It is important that you carry out this complete cleaning, because otherwise, depending on the dirtyness degree of your doll, we can decide to clean her ourselves at extra cost, or ship her back to you immediately.

Once cleaning is done, wrap each hand and foot (you can slip them into socks for example), and place the body alone in its cotton case. Wrap the whole in the air cushion film, and place it in the box, and the head alone in its original box, wrapped beforehand in its air cushion film (shipment of the head may not be necessary though). Then place the head box between the legs. Finally, wrap everything with the air cushion film, and close the box. Your doll is ready for collection.

Don’t get rid of the shipment box, keep it with you as well as the air cushion films. Thus, you will have the necessary packaging for a shipment back to our factory. Together we will schedule a date and a time slot for collection of the parcel, and we will give you all the necesseray information to report on the airwaybill the delivery person will bring. Carriers require a minimum slot of 2 hours, Monday to Friday, from 2PM to 6PM. You need to stay at home during this time slot.

You can position the doll so that she looks like standing on her feet. For this, her buttocks need to be supported by the edge of a table or a high chair, with her legs fully lenghtened. The support on the buttocks helps to balance the whole weight of the doll, so she can keep the position. The feet must be well flat on a non slippery floor, and make sure the feet of the doll won’t slip (keep the feet naked, or put flat and non slippery shoes). It is a very photogenic position.

No, the nails colors are made with a polish, that you can remove with a solvant without acetone and a soft cotton. You can easily change the nails color by yourself afterwards.

We insert the pubic hair one by one, deep enough in the silicone, using a special needle. We apply the shape and color of your choice, from our options of customization. The hair remains in position over time, but you can remove it if you wish, this operation won’t damage the silicone.

Functional fingers allow to hold lightweight objects such as a glass or a book. If you pick this option, your doll’s hands will offer a lot more natural postures. It is really interesting for photography. Without this option, the hand still has the skeletal palm, but the fingers are made of silicone only.

The Soft Face option offers, as its name suggests, an even softer silicone for the face. This option allows an extremely fluffy touch on all parts of the face (forehead, nose, cheeks, mouth, chin). Contact with the mouth is particularly impressive. Without it, the face of your doll won’t be hard, it will be just as soft as the rest of the body.

The Soft Face option is REALLY very soft. This option is safe for the face, because unlike the body, the face itself does not have a movement joint. A doll’s body made entirely with our Soft Face composition would be so soft that it would become impossible to handle and dress your doll without damaging her enveloppe. The bodies of our dolls are already remarkably soft, going beyond would make the whole too fragile.

We do propose the “Toenails” option. You can select it or not.

Only the big toe is separated from the others, so you can put flip flops to your doll. The four little toes are attached to each others because otherwise they would be too fragile, and could get teared apart. Therefore, putting shoes on your doll is way easier.

No. The feet do have the whole skeletal plant, but the toes are soft. This makes putting shoes a lot easier.

The hair is not permanently fixed on the head. It is a wig, that you can put and off very easily, so you can change the hairstyle of your doll as many times as you want. Each doll is delivered with a wig of your choice, and you can order several extra wigs at the same time.

The wigs remain on the head, whatever the position of the doll, thanks to elastic bands located at the back of the wig. You can easily adjust the bands to tighten the wig.

As its name suggests, the aim of a realistic doll is to get as close as possible to the human body : contact, softness and flexibility, aesthetics of all parts of the body, such as the hands , the feet, the intimate parts, the joints…

Realistic aspect is also the possibility of positioning the doll in multiple positions while maintaining a natural appearance. For this, our dolls are equipped with an elaborate articulated skeleton. This internal skeleton allows plenty of positions, but you should never force on the joints because they are voluntarily braked to avoid unnatural positions.

All of these qualitative attributes require precautions of use. The dolls that we propose are true works of art to be treated with an appropriate delicacy, just like you would treat a human body. They are very resistant if one handles them properly, and they don’t get damaged without a bad handling. In order to respect these handling precautions, a note of use is provided with each doll.

The doll is easily manœuvrable, and has limits of movements that you must not exceed. These limits are clearly indicated in the instructions for use provided with each doll. The weight of the dolls is high enough to offer realistic potures, but therefore requires a certain effort for manipulations. Before placing your order, be sure that you can lift a weight of 30kg, so you will be sure to be able handle your doll without any problem.

Our silicone is a longlasting material, it withstands extreme temperatures and does not lose its shape over time. However, some basic rules of use – clearly indicated in the instructions for use that are shipped along with our dolls – must be respected to ensure a long life to the dolls. In this case, it is impossible to indicate a lifespan, since it depends above all on your carefulness during handling.

The silicone we use to make our dolls is perfectly studied to obtain a result that is flexible enough for realistic postures, without losing its shape over time. However, be careful not to leave your doll on an embossed support such as a rattan chair for too long (several days), to avoid any deformation of the buttocks or back.

The heads of our dolls are switchable, and have a hole located in the back of the skull, which allows the full head to be removed. Avoid immersing the head, to make sure water does not get trapped inside. You can immerse the body completely, without risk.

Yes, our silicone is cold resistant. The silicone will be a little stiffer during cold exposure, but will return to its normal flexibility once the exposure is over. After a long exposure to cold temperature, do not handle your doll suddenly. Give her enough time to come back to room temperature, so that silicone resumes its flexibility and can be handled normally again.

The silicone that we use for our dolls does not require any particular maintenance. To clean your doll, use warm and soapy water, then rinse and let her dry, or use a towel.

We makeup our dolls with a permanent makeup, but you can easily add ordinary makeup like lipstick, blush, mascara…
Just avoid “gloss” lipstick, for it will run on silicone. If you plan to often makeup your doll, let us know, so we’ll make sure the permanent makeup we will apply will be light.

There are numerous compositions of perfumes, that contain more or less alcohol, which can alter silicone, or give it a shiny aspect. We advise to apply perfume on invisible parts of the body (under the head, behind the ears, under the hair) or on the clothes.

Wigs (whether made of synthetic or human hair) are not naturally protected like real hair because they do not have a scalp. Indeed, your scalp produces natural oils, that prevent your hair from drying out or getting damaged.

To wash the wig, use soapy water without rubbing. Never comb the wig when it is wet, it would damage it. Let it dry thoroughly first.

Then, to untangle the hair, do not brush it starting from root to tip, as you would do for your own hair. Start by untangling the spikes, and then go back up to the root.

If dressing your doll seems difficult in the beginning, it is normal, you will first have to get used to the different movements of skeleton. It will get easier over time. However, you will have to avoid very tight and non-elastic clothes, and the ones without laces.

You must avoid any contact with real leather (sofa or clothing), because it will leave a permanent stain on the silicone. Dark colored clothes can also leave stains if they are of poor quality. The same goes for jeans textile. We advise you to wash the clothes several times before dressing your doll, and to put socks on her feet before putting leather shoes.

It depends on the quality of the clothes. In fact, cheap clothing is often tinted during manufacture, specially the dark/black ones. In this case, the colors are not fixed in the textile, and the excess dye will be transferred to a material such as silicone. These transfers can leave permanent stain quickly. We highly recommend that you always wash the black/dark clothes before dressing your doll, in order to eliminate the excess dye.

Yes, you can pierce silicone in common areas (ears, nostrils, lips, intimate parts, belly button). Just make sure you take enough amount of silicone between your fingers for the piercing, and not to pull the piercing during handling of your doll.

Yes, for the eyes are not fixed. Do the manipulation gently with the tip of your finger.
