“Lucy has arrived safely ! She is so cute and ADORABLE like you described. Her eyes are so big and perfect. Treatment around her eyes is unbelievable. Makeup has just the right touch. Gayle says she is the best so far. I have to admit her face is a work of art. I did notice that her face seems much more soft than the others. Is this an improvement on the silicone technique or are the others just losing some of their moisture ? The tongue insert is perfect ! Looks so realistic. I’ve attached some photos of Lucy. I am very glad to report that the doll arrived today on time, as scheduled from FedEx. I compliments to you for the choice of FedEx, I confirm : best carrier I found. The parcel was in perfect condition; solid and secure package, good protection for the doll inside, not too heavy and showy, great choice and external carton box, on the inside neat packaging.
The great surprise was extracting the doll : what a marvelously designed and crafted body forms, what a pefect mould and nice skin color, how hyper realistic her body, worth of an art exihibition, how delicate her forms, so amazingly conceived, how wonderful her face and elegant her make up ! And how marvelously has she been finished and perfected ! Truly a masterpiece ! I am extremely pleased and grateful for your extraordinary work.
