The skeleton of our sexdolls
The best or durability and poseability
The skeleton is the starting point of manufacture. It must be durable and resistant, for it is what allows the different movements and positions of our sexdolls. It is invisible under the silicone skin, but its quality is extremely important, both in the choice of materials and the variety of joints and axes of rotation. Our skeletons are methodically assembled by hand, and checked at each stage of assembly.

Metal pipes on high pressure areas :
The back and the legs of the dolls are strategic points and must be of high resistance, for they undergo strong pressures during the manipulations.
No welded joints :
The metal parts manufactured by welding two parts together are not adapted to the different pressures endured by the dolls during handlings. A breakage of these parts can quickly happen.
No joint of our skeletons contains welded parts. All the joints are composed of pieces made from a single block of steel, their strengh is therefore optimum.
Brake nuts, stop bolts :
We use brake nuts to prevent the joints from being too stiff, or loosing tightening over time. Thanks to these nuts, the joints of the skeleton are tightened optimally, while maintaining their ease of movement. The brake nuts are enough on their own, but we add stop bolts.
PVC washers :
They ensure optimal friction of the joints and never get worn out. Thanks to them, the movements are easy and smooth, and the washers greatly reduce the creaking sounds of the skeleton.
Joints and rotation axes, two different movements
The joints and the rotation axes are not the same thing. We call « joints » the parts of the body that can bend, and « rotation axes » the articulations that allow a rotation of a part of the body.
Let’s take the example of the ankle : its « joint » allows a movement of the tip of the foot from botton to top, and its « rotation axis » allows a movement of the tip of the foot from the left to the right.
The skeleton of our dolls offers both movements, and each area has required numerous tests and designs to optimize the range of gestures with the resistance of the silicone, and avoid any non-human position (twisted knees or elbows…) Our skeletons offer a great performance, for highly realistic gestures and positions.

The visual contact is the first contact our dolls do offer. It is therefore of fundamental importance, because without a highly realistic visual and aesthetics, the charm would not operate.
Seeing our dolls for the first time is a captivating experience, one that leaves no voice, and remains forever a deeply moving memory.
This experience is possible because at first we design our bodies by sculpting upto the smallest details. From the delicate reliefs of the back, kidneys, cervical, shoulder blades, curves of the thighs, femurs, the features of the soles of the feet and hands, the delicacy of facial features … The shapes are all worked to obtain highly realistic details.
Real works of art
The finishes made after unmolding are worked with the constant goal to reach highly realistic details. The different shades of the body, as well as the makeup of the face, are made with an airbrush. This tool makes it possible to get very fine shades, without overload. These contourings are unfeasable with an ordinary brush. The nails are applied with silicone glue, without surplus, for a very realistic result. The pubic hair is punched hair by hair, according to the shape and color of your desires.
