Here we are going to share a bit of our passion with you, and hope you can better understand the complexity of our work, and the dedication that our sexdolls require. Because in our French manufacture of silicone dolls, everything is made by hand !
Our factory is located in the charming village of Montcenis, not far from the A6 highway and Chalon-sur-Saône city, and easily accessible through Le Creusot TGV railstation.. With very few companies in the area, we work in a peaceful environment. In fact, our neighbours are mainly residents who have come to seek the peacefulness of the countryside ! We also benefit from an ideal lighting for our work, thanks to many large windows and skylights on the PVC roof that provide abundant natural lighting throughout the entire workspace. Tranquility and good lighting are enough to create a perfect atmosphere for the crafting of our realistic dolls ! Coming to work every day to such an enchanting place is for us a source of unending pleasure
Our French manufacture of silicone sexdolls has been operating with pride since 2011, because making silicone dolls is not an easy task. Since everything is done entirely by hand, our craft requires concentration, passion and dedication. After having observed us at length during our work, a young journalist who came to interview us once wrote : “They pour in their souls while they pour the silicone”. We could not have said it better.
Each and every step of the manufacturing process requires a particular expertise. For example, assembling the skeleton and handling the airbrush are two very different activities even though both are part of the manufacturing process ! And that is just one example. Building these dolls is an exciting activity, and we are pleased to share it with you here, hoping of course that reading these lines will draw you into our universe.
In the manufacturing of silicone dolls, several elements are required :
– an internal skeleton,
– expanding foam,
– silicone,
– and a mould !
As you will have understood, this list is obviously not exhaustive, but it at least allows you to visualize our work a little more precisely.
As soon as a doll is ordered, the manufacturing process progresses as follows :
We begin by closely inspecting every constituent spare part of the skeleton to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects or scratches that could cause weaknesses or even subsequent deterioration. Then we patiently assemble the skeleton from the neck down to the soles of the feet and to the palms of the hands. For this purpose, we make use of special bolts, anti-slackening nuts and washers… Once the skeleton is assembled, it is comprised of joints similar to those of the human body. These joint assemblies have been the subject of extensive studies so as to determine the best torque ratios for ease of movement for the next step : tightening. Because once the skeleton is assembled, we tighten its joints, so that each one moves both smoothly and firmly, maintaining posture without blocking when the silicone doll is finished.
This optimally tightened skeleton is the very foundation for doll manufacture. It is of crucial importance and must be made of the best quality materials. Furthermore, it must also be well designed to provide the dolls with as many articulations and axes of rotation as possible. To see the full range of articulations of our dolls, visit the photo galleries or the information page dedicated to our top quality skeleton.
Over the skeleton, we add a layer of expanded foam. Yes, our dolls are not just a skeleton covered with silicone ! The use of this expanded foam has two purposes :
First and foremost, it considerably reduces the weight of our dolls : Indeed, if such life-sized realistic dolls were made only of silicone, they would weigh over 160 pounds ! This internal foam is therefore essential to provide a reasonable height to weight ratio that makes handling way easier.
Secondly, the foam allows to maintain the doll’s body shapes over time. Since the silicone we use must offer a soft touch, it is very soft and flexible, and without the internal foam, our dolls would not preserve their curves permanently, for example, their buttocks would flatten quickly when in contact with a chair. This internal foam therefore makes it possible to maintain the form of the dolls in their original shape over their entire lifetime.
Also, the expanded foam we add is not chosen randomly ! There are a multitude of possible foam firmnesses, ranging from sofa cushions to car bumpers. The foam we use for our dolls is perfectly designed to optimize the softness/sustainability ratio of the doll’s body. It is therefore very soft while preserving the silicone’s flexibility.
Once the “tightened skeleton / foam covering” assembly is completed, we install everything in the casting mould. This is a critical step, because it is crucial that no part of the skeleton nor the foam comes into direct contact with the mould. Indeed, our dolls are entirely wrapped in silicone and if the skeleton were to come into contact with the mould, it would hinder the flow of silicone, and the body’s envelope would not be perfectly regular. This would be immediately visible upon unmolding and in this case, there would only be one verdict : the doll is flawed. This is a very tricky part of our work, so at this stage we make sure that all the necessary space is provided for the silicone.
From there, we can proceed to the most demanding stage in terms of organization and timing : silicone casting ! This famous soft envelope will constitute our doll’s body. Discover the high quality of our Soft Skin silicone. To accomplish this, it takes no less than 6 hours of intense concentration. When the skeleton (and its foam) is well installed in the mould and effectively fixed at strategic points of the body, we close the mould and can then begin casting.
Silicone is a noble material and therefore has strict requirements. It requires a room at constant temperature, otherwise the curing time (or drying time, to be simpler) will increase or decrease drastically. We have polymerization agents that accelerate or delay the curing process, but these also have ratios not to be exceeded in order not to damage the whole mixture. The silicone is poured in a liquid state, through an orifice at the top of the body and flows down to the toes by the force of gravity. We pour the silicone slowly, and have several waiting periods to allow the air bubbles to rise and escape between each casting phase. The working room must be immaculate and is cleaned regularly to prevent dust from becoming embedded in the mould while closing it and before and during casting.
Once this step is completed, we let the silicone slowly set until the following day, before moving on to the next step: the birth of the doll (or her unmolding, if you prefer).
On the following day, we move on to the unmolding step. This is the most enjoyable moment, because we will finally know if the doll is well done. At least as far as her silicone shell is concerned, because further verifications are yet to come. We like to talk about birth, because it is at this moment that we start to see her for the first time, when we gradually separate the front mould from the back mould. This operation also requires time, in order to allow the silicone to peel off without stressing it. If we go too fast, we can damage the silicone.
Once the front mould is removed, we discover the entire front face of the doll and our pleasure is at its climax. Each doll that is removed from the mould brings us intense joy, provided of course that it is successful. We check that there are no air bubbles on the surface and that the skeleton is invisible. Then we remove the rear face, carrying the doll to her finishing table where we check the entire rear side as well. Furthermore, we check each skeletal joint, maneuvering the entire body to ensure that the tightening of the joints is optimal.
The finishing phase can then begin. Here too, we do not compromise the rule of French manufacturing, whose reputation is well established. With the patience of an angel, we meticulously trim all the molding seams. These seams are inevitable because the silicone doll is cast in a two-part mould. They are present in the form of a continuous line, where the two parts of the moulds meet and must be removed as meticulously as possible, an exercise that requires much dexterity and inner calm, so as not to cut the silicone.
Then we apply colour shades using an airbrush. These colours are permanent, and depend on the customer’s choice. There are some for nipples, private parts, but also tan marks, if the client wishes so.
Then comes the nails of the hands and feet application with special silicone glue.
Then the nail polish application still according to the customer’s choices.
Then the freckles.
Then the beauty marks.
Then the tattoos.
Then the pubic hairs, inserted one by one with a needle !

Little by little the doll becomes personalized, she adorns herself with her character. Discover the quality of our finishing touches. Many of these steps require drying times and each one is important. Silicone is a noble material, which must be treated with humility and without precipitation.
The doll’s body is now achieved, it is exquisitely soft. It is then completely cleaned, and covered with a very thin layer of silicone powder, which will give it an incomparable softness. It’s time to look after her face !
Entirely made up with an airbrush and brush, the face also represents a very demanding job. We know how much the beauty of our sexdolls is enhanced by the beauty of their faces and for this reason, it is essential to make a fine and elegant make-up.
We use several blends of different colours to obtain just the right shades. For example, when we want pink lips, we don’t simply pickup a pink colour. For a natural rose colour, we take an apricot hue, mixed with pastel pink and white. And even then, this mixture is only one layer of colour ! For pink lips, we sometimes apply up to three different mixtures, sometimes on the lip contour, sometimes on the inner fold… And so on for the cheeks, eyes (which alone can sometimes have up to six shades). And between each layer of colour, a drying time ! Everything must be harmonious, nuanced and imperceptible. In short, this is all the elegance of French manufacturing.
Then we apply the eyelashes, the contours of the eyes, and we reproduce the eyebrows with a multitude of fine brush strokes.
As you will have understood, everything in our French production requires know-how, patience and self-sacrifice. Due to its complexity, the manufacture of silicone sexdolls cannot be done in an industrial way, on a production line. Our dolls are works of art, which we create from metal parts and transparent liquid silicone. They come into the World destined for someone who is patiently waiting to receive them and we think of that customer while we are at work. All this work takes no less than a hundred hours, and we put our hearts into it. For us, well-made dolls are dolls that require time, and our French manufacturing is a guarantee of quality.
